  • A personalized practice that meets your body where it is — drawing from vinyasa, restorative yoga, intuitive movement, and somatic principles. Sessions may include guided meditation, creative sequencing, breathwork, and supportive hands-on adjustments (if desired).

    Whether you're new to movement or returning after time away, private sessions — solo or with others — will meet you exactly where you are and help you move from a place of care, curiosity, and play.

  • These sessions weave together guided movement and intuitive listening. You may experience a mix of grounding breathwork, structured postures, fluid transitions, restorative shapes, and personalized somatic invitations.

    Together, we’ll co-create a space for you to explore how your body wants to move, rest, express, or soften — whether that’s through stillness, stretch, strength, or spontaneity. This is movement as a relational, healing practice — a place to listen inward, release tension, and deepen self-trust.

  • Sound healing is an ancient practice used across cultures to restore balance to the mind, body, and spirit. Sound acts as a kind of medicine — helping to reduce stress, clear emotional or energetic blockages, and bring the nervous system into a state of harmony. It can support emotional processing, energetic attunement, and access to deeper states of presence and rest.

    These sessions weave crystal singing bowls, chimes, drum, vocals, and grounding practices to create a space of deep restoration. Sessions are co-created based on your needs, and may include intention-setting, breathwork, or gentle somatic cues to help you arrive and receive.

  • You don’t need to know anything about sound healing to receive its benefits — just a willingness to slow down and be.

    People come to sound healing for many reasons:

    • To regulate and reset their nervous system

    • To support emotional release or integration

    • To move through anxiety, grief, or overwhelm

    • To reconnect with their body and breath

    • To process transitions or turning points

    • To access deeper states of presence and awareness

    Sound has the ability to bypass the thinking mind and meet you where words often can’t. It can be soothing, yes — but also stirring, clarifying, even intense. It moves through the energetic and emotional systems of the body, offering an invitation to be with whatever is present — and to allow what wants to move, to move.

    Whether you're seeking restoration, clarity, release, or connection, sound healing can support you in coming into deeper relationship with yourself.

  • Each session is co-created based on your intentions and needs. We begin with a brief check-in or grounding, and from there, you’re invited to settle in and get as cozy as possible — whether that means lying down with blankets and props, or finding stillness in a supported seat.

    Using crystal singing bowls, chimes, drum, vocals, and silence, I’ll guide you into a space of rest and resonance. Sound may feel soothing, clarifying, or even emotionally stirring. You're invited to receive whatever arises — without needing to change it, interpret it, or make it look a certain way.

    Some people drop into deep stillness; others experience waves of emotion, insight, or sensation. There is no right way — only your way.

    Sessions may include:

    • Intention-setting or breathwork

    • A brief guided body scan or somatic check-in

    • Live crystal bowl soundscape

    • Integration time and gentle re-orienting

    Sound healing sessions are offered in person only, in Portland, OR. I’ll provide blankets, props, and all the cozy support you need to settle in and receive.

    Embodied relational coaching invites you to reconnect with your own inner wisdom, and to relate to yourself from a place of curiosity, care, and possibility.

  • Every session meets you where you are — emotionally, energetically, and relationally. We begin with a check-in and move at a pace that feels safe and supportive. Practices may include guided body awareness, breathwork, nervous system education, or reflective dialogue to help you deepen into what’s present.

    This is a space to explore, feel, express, and come back into relationship with all parts of you — not to fix or analyze, but to listen inward and build capacity from the inside out.

    A single, spacious session to explore what’s alive in your body or life right now. Includes a follow-up email with personalized reflections, practices, or prompts to carry with you.

    🌿 Foundations Package – $150
    Three 60-minute sessions
    A supportive container to begin exploring: what’s here, what’s emerging, and what’s calling for attention. Perfect if you’re looking for gentle structure, reflection, and body-based tools to navigate life’s transitions.

    🌕 Deepen Package – $300
    Six 60-minute sessions
    A space to move at your own pace — to unearth patterns, reconnect with the body’s wisdom, and build relational tools for integration and expansion. Best suited for those craving deeper continuity and resourcing.
