Enjoy a mindful, easy hike through the peaceful natural area of Lowami Park Woods.
About 30 minutes into the hike, we'll pause for 30-minutes of gentle all-levels yoga and meditation to connect the body and the breath.
Wear comfortable clothing for yoga and hiking - layers are best.
Bring a yoga mat or towel and a full water bottle, plus any snacks you might want.
We also recommend a hat, sunglasses, and that you apply sunscreen BEFORE arriving.
NOTE: For the comfort of all registered guests dogs and other pets are not allowed - do not bring any animals or unregistered guests, please.
Please plan to arrive by 8:30 AM to allow time to park, find the group, and be ready to begin the hike at 9 AM sharp.
